Jesus' first recorded miracle occurs in chapter 2 of John's Gospel, in which He turned water into wine. But... what kind of wine was it?

 

Was it what we know as wine today? Was it non-alcoholic? What does the Bible actually say about this miracle, and more importantly, does it matter?
